Numbing creams and sprays are hygiene-sensitive products, so we only accept returns in the cases below.

Damaged, faulty or wrong items

If your order arrives damaged or faulty, or you receive the wrong item, email imusamasheikh@gmail.com within 7 days of delivery. Include your order number and a photo of the item and its packaging. Once we confirm the problem, we will send you a free replacement or a full refund, including the delivery cost.

Opened or used products

For health and hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns of products once their seal has been broken, unless the item is faulty.

Unopened products (UK statutory right)

Under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013, you may cancel your order within 14 days of receiving it, as long as the product is unopened and its seal is unbroken. To cancel, email us within that 14-day period. You then have 14 more days to return the item to us. Return postage is your responsibility, and we refund the price of the item within 14 days of receiving it back.
