Are your products genuine?
Yes. TKTX Cream UK is an authorised seller, and all of our TKTX and No Tears products come through authorised supply channels.
Which TKTX colour should I choose?
The TKTX colours are different product versions. Each product page lists what that version is designed for, so compare them there. If you are not sure which suits you, ask your tattoo artist or contact us before ordering.
How do I use numbing cream?
Always follow the directions on the packaging and the leaflet supplied with the product. Do a patch test first, and do not use the product on broken or irritated skin. If you are pregnant, breastfeeding, have a medical condition or take any medication, speak to a pharmacist or doctor before use.
Should I tell my tattoo artist?
Yes. Always let your artist know before your appointment that you plan to use a numbing product.
How fast is delivery?
Orders placed on a working day are dispatched the same day. UK delivery is a flat £4.99. See our Shipping & Delivery page for full details.
Can I return a product?
For hygiene and safety reasons, we only accept returns if an item arrives damaged, faulty or is not what you ordered, plus unopened sealed items under your UK statutory rights. Read our Refund Policy for details.
Do you offer bulk or studio pricing?
Yes. Every product comes in 5, 10, 25 and 50 unit packs, and bigger packs cost less per unit. For larger orders, see our Wholesale page.
